At SY ASIA TRADING, we are committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent return and refund experience. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating any return.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact

  • Products that are used, damaged, modified, or not in their original state will not be eligible for a refund

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed when returning them
     

Note: SY ASIA TRADING is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

2. Refund Process

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt

  • You will be notified once your return has been approved or rejected

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
